After 29 years of working for the local savings bank, the owner Werner Klein had dared to take the step into self-employment, which was also a certain risk at the age of 53. However, he has never regretted the step, because the business went very well from the beginning and was constantly expanded. At the end of 2020, Werner Klein’s son-in-law Daniel Folz, who also has a broker’s license, joined the company to better coordinate or delegate all appointments. We have also been working with trusted partner companies for years on renovation and repair measures. This is the only way to ensure a smooth operation of the rented houses.

In this segment, the focus is on real estate in the greater Landstuhl area, where we have a wealth of experience and excellent contacts after having brokered around 700 sales contracts.
Real estate financing
We successfully broker various real estate financing models to buyers and investors from Germany and abroad, such as from the USA, in close cooperation with regional and national credit institutions.
Real estate management
In addition to our domestic clients, we focus on managing the properties of U.S. citizens who live scattered around the world (U.S., Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Hawaii, etc.) and have delegated all tasks to us by general power of attorney.
